The votes you ask about came from ships at sea. From what was discovered, they many times come in with no post mark and the receiving post office with post mark them. Some times the mail will go through with no postmark. Nothing new there. It has happened many times in the past and is probably still happening. But talking about votes, how about that elector in Florida who just "happened" to find a full ballto box, along with a voting machine in the trunk of his car where it had been for over 24 hours. The same box that when counted was almost all for Gore.

Because in Washington, there is no such thing as an indenpendent group. If it is set up be the democrats, then people will always suspect it was just out to get the president. If set up by the president, then they will say cover-up. So who will set up this group? Congress, don't make me laugh. The people? Agfain, who will do the selecting and what will be the make-up.
