Strange spin
Firstly, why wasn't their ISP or domain registar chastised for cutting off access? Does everyone treat large corporate clients this way?

Secondly, this doesn't, of itself, indicate a "...divided relationships between [the Washington Posts] company units". To me it is an administrative mistake where responsibility to pay the registration wasn't clearly understood.

Had the ISP or registrar been on the ball, this would never have happened.
