Good article, the Recovery plan is needed
From the article:

"California pays the highest price for workers compensation in the country, and our workers receive some of the lowest benefits."

Thanks to Citizens paying for illegal aliens coming over and getting free(healthcare/food/benefits) the working class has to pay not only for their benefits, but those who do NOT pay anything.

The answer is to Abolish the following (welfare/foodstamps/freebie programs) this would force those milking the system to work. You got to start somewhere, fastfood place something.

Like the Bible states, 'if you don't work, you don't eat'...
