AOL links with Apple on video IM

I find that pretty astounding FCC

If AOL was to offer 'high bandwidth video wich competed with Time-Warner.

The FCC needs to look at them self in the mirror and ask if its a different reflection they see because Time-Warner has 'never offered IM as a 'high bandwidth IM.

The statement of the comparison of IM verses 'high-bandwidth video must certainly be out of context. Or I would question the cash and carry mentaility of the FCC for deciding this was not such an illusion.
