The IBM contract with Australia uses mostly local labor. The work was won by IBM Australia, not IBM North America. It does not use imported labor except where it is not available locally and complies with the Australian goverment's rules for employment.

Australia has labor restrictions that preclude what is happening in the US from happening there. A foreigner needs a work permit to work in Australia and it is not going to be granted to someone who possess skills available locally.

Freeing markets to allow the flow of goods is one thing. It has no relationship to jobs, which are not goods. Free markets are for goods and services, not the free flow of workers from one country to another to displace existing workers. Get real with your arguments.
