Won't buy from Intuit anymore
One of the things I find most offensive regarding the off-shore ventures is the technical support you don't get anymore. I recently had cause to talk to Intuit technical support only to get some Indian (I'm assuming this based solely on sound) that I found difficult to understand and didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about. These are people that have "canned" answers to problems that have previously existed, but NO technical knowledge to answer/help with new problems.

Now that I know about Intuit's off-shoring of jobs, I will not use their products any more.

I wish that all people would do the same with the companies that are taking these jobs away from trained American employees.

It's good that the companies are making a positive bottom line for their investors, but this should be tempered with saving the American jobs and economy.

That's REAL company LEADERSHIP!

Then, and only then, should the executives be allowed to EARN the exhorbitant salaries that are given these days.
