Companies that choose to abuse H1B/L1 do so to decrease their expenses. If that's not the case, why would they threaten to outsource the labor to foreign countries when there are so many unemployed IT workers right here in the U.S.?

H1B/L1 was designed to help companies procure talent that isn't available in the U.S. so they can remain competitive, not undercut American jobs.

The Internet bubble burst a long time ago. There is much less need for H1B/L1 now than there was before.

These are the simple facts. Anyone that disputes them and still says they aren't abusing H1B/L1 programs are lying.
