American citizens should be first
This is an outrage, it is time for Americans to come first. If they want to become a citizen fine, but if you just want to come over here for a year or so and keep the job from someone who is qualified and educated(citizen) then stay home.

Well, then again, all they have to do is Outsource the jobs. So when no one buys their products anylonger they will wonder what happened?
