YOU forgot to mention...
You forgot the 2:1 split earlier this year. That makes the effective price $56/share. Get your facts straight, folks. I'm always amazed at the ingnorance that pours out from ABMers at earnings time. Like no one understands business or the stock market!

Yes, $56 is less than the peak in 2001 (briefly at about $118 as I recall, right when it looked like there would be a negotiated settlement to the antitrust case). But MS has fared much better than your average tech company during the past 3-1/2 years.
