I bought TWO without windows this year!
On one I have installed Linux Red Hat 9 (which I am using right now); And the other I made a dual boot, using an old copy of win 98 and Linux Red Hat 9. I hardly use windows (only for Via Voice and some old games which I haven't found replacement that will work with Linux).So far Linux works great for just about everything I need like: internet, office apps, CD burning and listening, has a ton of games (compared to the 4 that came with windows)
