NOT compliant in API documentation
MS still has a long ways to go in documenting Windows APIs used by Internet Explorer. See http://members.ozemail.com.au/~geoffch/samples/win32/shell/ for an analysis.

Not only are things not documented, but the things that are documented are documented so minimally to be essentially useless.
