We'll see how effective it is and how serious Bill and Steve are about making it happen (MS-employees will know before the rest of us). My guess is that they have a reason to be serious about it as it is unlikely that Judge K-K will look with indulgence on further such "incidents" (yes, she does have the authority to jail MS-execs for contempt of court).
