Well, at least betwen the two of you...
...there is some balance. Most of the world haven't an idea who made their operating system, nor do they care. Interesting, there are people who have picked up on the Gates legend (my wife is one of them), but, not being in our business, they don't know what he does for a living. It is true that they don't wish ill for the company. But if the average consumer were to walk out of Best Buy with a computer and the software they wanted, working with all the peripherals (mind you, I'm not saying they could yet), they're not going to go poking around to try to find out what the OS is, or even what an OS is.

What is less than healthy for Microsoft is that Microsoft is not highly trusted by business, and if they're going to maintain the base, they have to hold onto those business desktops, as well as the home units.
