Stop Hotmail as a SOURCE of spam
The real news will be when Hotmail prevents spammers from using Hotmail. Hotmail should limit the number of simultaneous outbound emails. Legitimate users don't need to send thousands of emails.

Right now my spam filters fry ALL email from Hotmail because of the spammers there.
