I not for stealing, BUT suppose I do use it legally
But suppose I want to put a p2p network up on an intranet ( or hell, extranet) for file sharing in my business.
Suppose the employees are sharing plans for parts of a new ship, and they each want up to date sharing.
Well no more, because some lunkhead sided with the bad guys to get rid of that software.
Someone else in this Talkback compared p2p rights to the right to bear guns. Well, both the bad guys and the good guys have guns.
