Another win for Open Source

And so do we in the Open world. Funny they bleated for so long.

Thank you Massachusetts, OOo and the thousands of voices that
made it all happen.

A documented standard is a good start, now we wait for IP
issues. A win for everyone, lead once more by the Open
community.
