Lets confuse access with entertainment,and internet,content,and distributer.

But first lets confuse product by disguising them as 'liscence and copyrights that do so.

Then just to make sure,we'll just see if our tranmsissons work over wi-fi at all. If they do 'we have a product - being these certainly can be programed that way.

Acess isn't the point,although some would like to confuse 'content,and copyrighted products as being one and the same DMCA.They are not.Only to a few disco companies who believe that they are doing the same as they would under 'broadcast rules.They are not.

Wireless or Wi-fi doesn't have any coverage that is a 'broadcast.Portability is interesting,but lets not pretend the 'playback devices is something content providers 'own.

In a given curcumstance these 'liscences do not have any distributive reality.That is the curcumstance un an equivalent 'Home Audio Recording Act. It is as distributive AS digital qualifications for music 'in its form of playback.

Lets not liscence the difference.

As long as:

Copy as a feature of the product
Storage as a feature of the product
Device to device as a feature of the product
Communication,and/or communicative performance as a feature of the product.


Remain a 'faction of these distributers,with 'liscence - they portray a DMCA with digital 'liscence. Content does not make that DMCA,nor does 'liscence.

Here it is that these can tout these features,and harp on piracy as the subject matter of their products relationships ?
