Adobe makes a lot of money for a lot of people
An awful lot of people make a pretty good living out of
Adobe products, especially PhotoShop & Illustrator.

If you actually use these products to make money, they're
cost is rather inconsequential, especially when you really
don't need many upgrades. PS costs 600 bucks. You get
that back in less than one decent job. Illustrator costs less.
One decent design job makes that back fivefold.

They might be "bloatware" for the home or casual user, but
for those who get paid on output form those apps, they're
money makers.
