Linux isn't ready for prine time corporate use
Unfortunately Linux isn't ready for the corporate world yet. Linux is OK if all you are doing is writing memos and doing spreadsheets, maybe some image editing. However there are few makers of MRP applications with a Linux client, few CAD or printed circuit board layout products with a Linux version. No IT manager in his right mind will volenteer to run multiple operating systems if he can at all avoid it, certainly not just to write memos with. Unitl Linux has a broad enough reach to do everything that business needs, the manufacturing and engineering worlds are closed to it.
