The Internet is Communist
Sounds like a scare tactic, but is the internet the prophecy of Karl Marx? Normal capitalist models are crumbling on the internet, with free open source software and hosted software paid by advertisers. I use Firefox exclusively and didn't pay a cent for it. It is the second most used software on my PC, next to XP.

About 2 years ago, I wrote a letter to the California Consumer Protection Agency after I fell prey to a nasty computer virus which took me 8 hours of work to remove. I urged them to take action against MS for selling a product with as many flaws as IE and XP. They responded by thanking me for my 'input'. Two years later, XP has an on-line Spyware software (acquired) and a firewall, of some sort, in the SP2 release.

Now Gates is talking about a 'sea-change'. Billy should realize that the tsunami is due to his own "imperialism". Yes, I know this sounds like some boring poli sci class, but I can't help but make the parallel. The first communist attacks on the internet came from the 'Open Office' suite--a product that does the same things as Office--but for FREE. Then Mozilla with Firefox, etc. The 'oppressed' programmers of the world came together, and decided to take control of the browser market, which has resulted in 100 million+ downloads--all you Harvard and MIT MBAs must not shirk from analyzing this 'price model'.

I'm not going to bore myself or you with all the details of Marxist theory. Yet, I will point directly at the 'imperialistic' MS as bringing about their own demise. In this case MS doesn't have a military that it can commandeer to protect it, say, like as a "for instance", the petroleum industry has comandeered the US military to further mulinational corporate commercial interests in IRAQ!

Bill Gates is the naked king, waltzing down the street, and the companies/persons he has oppressed and faked for the last 20 years have not only called him on his nakedness, but are going in for the kill.

Peace dudes.
