Sun releases OpenSolaris file system

Java please: "Sun executives have said that they intend to open source large
portions, if not all, of the company's software portfolio."

What is desperately needed is an open source implementation of
Java. This would allow all distributions to ship with Java, even
those running on unusual platforms. Projects are underway to
do this, why waste our time.

Good work Sun with OpenSolaris and ZFS, take the next step an
