FYI, the kind of people who can't afford MSO are the same people who'll never need more than the feature set of OO. As for those who like to "play it safe", invest your money anywhere you like. Is it the right time to upgrade? Fine. Need those "unique" features? Fine. Can afford it? Go ahead.
