Tech giants lock down wireless content

Want to know how to defeat ANY DRM?: Take a few classes in electronics at the nearest community center, then go buy a couple of A/D converters, protect each analog input with a pair of opto-isolators in push-pull configuration, then finally buy a cheap digital sampling board and plug it into your computer. There, you can now hook the device directly to the speakers' output and rip whatever you like.

What's my point? DRM doesn't stop anybody if they have the determination. Those marketing idiots and lawyers are fighting the wrong battle. Start making something that worth buying and the public would start buying them.

Everyone have had the same experiences. All of us have bought tons of CDs that we thought we loved but turned out to be all duds (or 9 out of 10 songs on the same CD are duds). And you marketing idiots wonder why many want to sample the entire CD through MP3s before we decide whether it worths buying?

How many out there are actually keeping the lousy MP3s they downloaded? Probably zip. Given the MP3s qualities, they just ain't worth the space.
