Since processor based equipment became 'process signalling,? What I do with my network,or what is defined of it is my business.The statement is a blatent lie of course - legally,.So my stereos speakers are processor based and programable then DMCA means your assets on my decision of 'liscence or not. I dont think so.No it means my assets on my DMCA and NOT YOUR LISCENCE to MY equipment.

There is zero liability with royalties ,NONE.The asset is within the esthetic hollywood knows this at this reading.It is NOT in the royalties. Processed signaling does not change DMCA to make that statement of legality towards it meaning YOUR LISCENCE of MY ASSET.

The esthetic is the 'use,it is NOT the ROYALTY of broadcast.Processed signaling does this RIGHT.It does NOT mean the DMCA had been created for YOUR LISCENCE to that esthetic of a royalty.

DMCA says NOTHING of 'LISCENCING COPY OF FAIR USE MATERIALS.The scam here is to vacate the esthetic of the processed signaling by vacating the person of its use for technology - trailing that ROYALTY is part of a person dealt via a liscence described in DMCA. It is NOT described.

You are mistaken this person goes without the technology or media because the asset of the esthetic is now a person of 'liscence.

It is WRONG.Flawed to the core. The ROYALTY argument will loose. This same idea even though patend pend - will leave suspect that 'any processed signaling of 'copyrighted music vacates the person of the use of the technology on the wishes of the copyright holder.

Your RIGHT.But your also incorrect. Perhaps communications from broadcast needs a buff up.
