Maybe you're right ... maybe not!
I simply don't know if anyone could successfully trademark the word "windows" but I do believe that if the judge rules that the trademark is valid then he will also rule that Lindows violates it. I believe that the names are similar enough to constitute a violation ... but then again, I am not the judge.
