But who's distributing it?
Technically, all they have to do is give one CD to an anonymous American who doesn't travel to Europe, and have him share it. That way, Lindows can say with some truth that they are not distributing it overseas, only to Americans where it is legal, and THEY are the ones illegally distributing it.

Which then leads to the question, how can Belgium (or any other foreign country) enforce their will on a private American citizen who will never enter their borders, or will never do any business (as far as having monetary transactions) with any of their companies or citizens?
