Why do you think all those businesses went out of business?

There ARE lots of reasons why business' fail:

Bad management.

Sabotage.

Poorly thought out business plan.

NO business plan.

No/Not enough venture capital.

No advertising.

Ineffective advertising aimed at poorly identified market segment.

Market saturated by competition.

Pricing of product(s).

Bad location.

The list goes on and on and on... But here's a clue. It ain't the software.
