As I was trying to point out to OButterball, this actually just seems to reinforce Axey's point that Microsoft's efforts simply get dismissed automatically. I used this link in the other post as well, but it bears mentioning that the Free Software Foundation (FSF home to GNU-GPL) has [url=http://www.internetnews.com/dev-news/article.php/3558036]endorsed Microsoft's[/url] efforts over precisely these shared source licenses even going so far as to say that two of these licenses potentially do qualify under their guidelines as being "free software".
