Jerry better get on the phone with Lloyds of London for insurance to indemnify the players and their customers. Just because a company lets you have a patent and promises to play nice, doesn't mean it isn't infringing on a third party. Also are the patents from these companies transferring ownership, or are they just sharing? Also how is the company funded? If thru dues, smaller players cannot afford to play.
