Alliance may be illegal...
My rep said that the SCO case will decide the fate of Linux and Open Source. He reminded me of how lucky I am that I am indemnified because I am 100% invested in Microsoft for all of my technology needs. He has even written a white paper, titled "100% Microsoft = 100% Indemnified". I have made it required reading for all of our financial people. IBM, Sony and Philips are in deep trouble here. All 3 of these companies should be adopting the Microsoft Live Era eXPerience instead of continuing to hope that Open Source is worth adopting.
