MS did not say any such thing. They said that they will stay the course with due process and let higher courts decide.

As a simple (you like simple, I reckon) example, let me give you this scenario. A cop pull you over, says you're speeding. After a while you realize that maybe you weren't speeding as much as he claims you did, so you decide to go to court and contest the ticket instead of just paying the fine by mail.

Now, you would make it sound like going to court to have your say in a public forum about this ticket and to present your case, is somehow UNETHICAL or maybe even ILLEGAL.

Where do you live? Afganistan?

Here in the good ol' US we like to be able to tell our side you see. That way, we get this thing called justice and people get less upset about getting shafted for this reason or that. But maybe they didn't teach you that where you live....??
