Time to show American resolve...
In these trying times, I thank my lucky stars for 2 things: 1) That George W. Bush is President and 2) that Microsoft continues to fight the good fight for consumers. Both Microsoft and President Bush take unpopular positions on things that are of worldwide importance. For Microsoft, it is the Live Era that shows they are ready, willing and able to do whatever it takes to bring computing to the masses. My rep and I may go to Brussels and hold a vigil in support of Microsoft here. I have put my European offices on notice that no matter what the verdict, I will never allow a non-MS piece of software in this company. I have hired a company of private investigators because one of my MCSEs in Europe saw a help desk guy looking at a FreeBSD box in a European software store. I may have him sent to the US to face charges.
