Well, not 'just another employee'
but certainly not the owner. No one lets the janitor meet with the BOD. Nonetheless, the lack of understading of business in general in the above post invalidates the poster's opinion.

For instance, a CEO who is still working doesn't have a 'golden parachute'. He's still in the plane. wink
