BUT it will not replace client side apps. There is a need for one or the other depending on your situation. In terms of Office for example, I know many companies will have concerns over "privacy and security" of key information created within word processors, word, email etc and transferring or creating it via an online application. Sometimes its best and more secure to run it on your own machine and server within your OWN internal network. There is nothing more secure than keeping things internal.
