Reality steps in for a moment . . .
Sure, that's all well and good that Byll & Co offer this if it was to his corporate enterprise clients. You see, most of my business clients are small to mid-size business owners, around 45+, are tired with chasing the latest-and-greatest, and just want some consistancy back in their lives. This is upset, new, and confusing to them. Rememeber, many of these folks can barely cut & paste (Yes! They run their own successful businesses, believe it or not!). I doubt this 'live era' has any legs to be sustainable with many of this crowd. For instance, one client of mine just had the hard drive replaced (with original data replicated to it) in her laptop. She still thinks the computer is broken because when she clicks on the icons, nothing happens. I explained that the 'shortcuts' are just disconnected and her eyes glazed over. And to these people Byll is going to offer what again?!? Yeh, right. Good luck.
