Bad move on their part...
Saying they have no control was a very big mistake. Why? Because telling them they can't control their business is like a pawn shop owner saying he can't control what happens with stolen items. The courts have repeatedly ruled that if you can not control what happens (illegal activity) then you can't be in the business.
