I would have to agree that as it stands very few people use the majority of the features inside of Word. Why? It's horribly hard to figure out and access the majority of the features.

Office 12 makes huge leaps in making all of the features quick and easy to use. Once people start going from 5-10% of the feature set to 75% or more the argument will be a much different one.
