Yes, they do. But they typically don't include flood coverage. That is sold separately, usually through the government run National Flood Insurance Program. A few insurers have begun to offer their own higher-end flood coverage because the NFIP coverages aren't enough for a more expensive home. But then, who'd build a really expensive home in swampland? I am supposing this is for a limited audience: perhaps older existing mansions on southern estates on low ground.
