- Hmmm...As I understand insurance in general this is

of course a rip off.
However on the other hand it must be some sort of back handed
compliment on the insurance industries part towards Open Source
cause well as a general rule Insurance companies don't insure
homes in flood zones and the like. So the risks to the industry
must be minimal.
