Hold on, here is some help!!!!
Ok, so you just downloaded Eclipse from www.eclipse.org. If you are using Windows, you will get a zip file. To install Eclipse, all you have to do is unzip it to a location of your choice. In the main dir of the Eclipse install is a file called Eclipse.exe. Launch it.

That's it. No funky install shields. Unzip and go. BTW: You need a Java Virtual Machine on your computer in order to run Eclipse.
