YOu know nothing about how RH works, now do you?
You CAN get their sources for RHEL if you so choose to, just visit their FTP and get the SRPMS, build them, and you've got yourself RHEL.

That's what other vendors like CentOS do, they give you away RHEL builds re-branded to CentOS instead of RHEL... Next time, do your homework.

RedHat charges per product and per service, you can choose to only buy the product, and not pay for the support, which also includes software updates, mind you, but you can always get them from CentOS or directly in SRPM format, and build them/deploy them yourself.
