I know who to fire! The entire marketing department!

Fire every single person even remotely related to marketing for that company. Then fire everyone who even thought about hiring them.

Then, get someone in marketing that is marginally competent in marketing their product.

The only thing Novell has been missing in the last 10+ years has been competent marketing.

Active Directory? It should have been called NDS '94.
