Intelligence???
Where exactly did intelligence come in when Outlook was running malicious programs when opening the emails themselves? Remember that? You didn't even have to open the attachment to get the infection. If just using the most basic, fundamental feature (reading mail) of a program puts you at severe risk of having your computer infected how is that the fault of the user?
