So, what you are suggesting is...
Only techies who can understand and run Unix or Linux should be able to use a computer. Those of us who are soooo dumb that we continue to use MS Windows should be banned from computer use ... because you say so?

It is certain that the functionality built into Windows is also its source of problems. But, having run Windows since some of its earliest incarnations (remember when there was a run-time version of Windows included with Excel and Word? I do.), I have NEVER had one of my systems infected by a virus. NEVER. Not once. But I have had plenty of opportunities ... people's email systems sending out viruses before the AV software catches up. Still I NEVER got one. Why? Because I have enough common sense not to open unexpected attachments. I am careful about the web pages I visit. I don't allow software to automatically install on my system (ala Gator).

So when you want to call all Windows users dumb, you are including me. I'll stack my intelligence against yours any day.
