Another disgraceful sellout by Kennedy and Hatch
This is yet another sellout of the American worker by Senators Hatch and Kennedy. Rather than fix the broken H-1B situation by making it tougher for slave-wage middlemen to bring in even more low paid workers, these two geniuses decided that they could make up in volume what they lacked in quality.

They have explicitly stated that this is a way to reduce the deficit -- by selling H-1B applications at $500 per head, they expect to garner another $30 million to reduce the deficit. Of course, they never look at the massive reduction in wage taxes that will no longer be paid by high wage earning Americans that will be forced to apply for social services and wage insurance.

This kind of shameless sellout must stop! It has to be labeled for what it is -- a way to allow employers to hire cowed, docile slaves that are limited in their ability to change jobs and do better for themselves.
