H-1B visas may grow by half

I agree: The H-1B visa allows the employer to exploit their worker. The worker has less bargaining power and cannot easily change jobs, especially if the worker is waiting for a Green Card. Thus, employers prefer these over Americans. Imagine unlimited numbers of these in the U.S. This would put labor conditions back to the 1800's.
