H-1B is the First Choice Employee

Employers prefer H-1B (exploitable, indentured) workers over the American worker.
The LCA filed with the Dept of Labor, allows the employer to skirt the Labor Laws and EEOC rules.
We need to change the process. Americans First. H-1B should be a LAST RESORT.
Meet with your Congressman/woman and help them write a reform to ensure Humane treatment for ALL individuals working in the United States.
