When you measure lawful and unlawful by fractions and decimals
you better have everything certified right, unless changing the entire structure of what you're judging, especially if not an open and shut case of evidence baring out in favor one way or the other. Is he drunk, is he sick, is this a natural lack of coordination, why did DMV issue a license, he pokes his eye out sober when trying to touch his nose, the law says .014 is legal, .015 illegal, test now off given .001 .0009 variance . . blah blah blah.
