point of vapourware
MS is always 'talking' about some nifty technology that will show
up 'someday'. Funny how some of the items that were 'talked
about' in WIN98 are finally working 'well' in XP (like active
desktop).

As for streaming HD, the new H.264 codec can handle streaming
on anything from a phone to a high end home theater. MS just
needs to do an update to the Xbox to allow the new codec. It
might not be able to do what what your PC can, but the
hardware is also a few gens back. The Xbox could handle some
form of HD content, even streamed. Most of the problems with
streaming come from bandwidth chokes, either in the net or in
the box. Depends on how well the Xbox can deal with the data
and get it out in a large enough format to be worth it.
