xbox360 will take media not just from media center pcs
taken from xbox 360 fact sheet on their website. Notice how it will take media from xp-based machines (not necessarily media center). so if you ahve the media center, you'll have even more power.

And why not make some money on it. If you want it, they spent a ton of time on it, upgrade to media center on your pc for $120 on www.newegg.com. If you don't want it, don't buy it. Adobe puts out version X of their software, do you cry foul when they charge more?

This is a significant update to the home media universe. when I get the 360 (eventually), I'll more than likely get the media center for my home pc.
